Serato Remote Mini for iPhone and iPod touch
Serato announced the availability of Serato Remote Mini for iPhone and iPod touch today, which is a smaller version of their remote app for iPad. We gave it a quick once over to showcase some of the features. Some quick thoughts: in the video, everything is running via wi-fi with pretty much no lag. You probably wouldn’t be lucky enough to have this work so flawless in a club environment, so don’t forget your iPhone’s USB cable to connect it to your computer. If you’re already using the remote app for iPad, you’ll probably want to just go ahead and stick with that, you’ll miss the real estate. Remote Mini is available now in the app store for $4.99.
